Gay or Queer and Why it Matters

Some use it to encompass all non-heterosexual, non-cisgender identities. That’s an understandable use of the term – like I mentioned, I interpret it to be partially about giving space for exploring gender and sexuality, and including so many different groups of people demands that space, demands a challenge to stability. Certainly a wide variety of non-heterosexual, non-cisgender folks are queer.

But though queer might cover some part of that spectrum, it is not limited to it. I am not gay nor lesbian nor bisexual nor transgender. I am not anything other than just queer.

There are people who some of you might call straight, if you looked at them and their partners and impose genders onto them, but who are actually queer. And many gay, lesbian, and transgender individuals do not identify as queer.

Like plenty of the names marginalized people call themselves, queer has a fraught history of reclamation, many controversial political implications, and a universalizing aspect that is too contradictory for some.

Income Tax Time in Canada Tips

Every Canadian knows the irony of the annual Federal Income Tax Return. Tax time in Canada is every minute of every day. Taxes are on every item purchased and the place you call home. Taxes flow down from the Federal government, the Provincial government and Municipal governments. Through a convoluted system all goods and services, have a gouge and screw tax or the beloved GST, due to corporate boss Brian Mulroney. Many Provinces have joined their Provincial sales tax with the GST to have a harmonized tax. Calling a tax harmonized proves bureaucrats have a pale sense of humor.

What is the Purpose of an Income Tax Return?

A temporary tax on income was introduced in 1917 as a measure to pay the war debts from WW I. Canada began following the American capitalist methodology too difficult to understand. A clever system where all the wealth of a nation is handed over to the wealthiest, not necessarily citizens, of the country. Statistics Canada gives you a glimpse of taxation in Canada on an archived page. Of all the information on the Internet you will find Statistics Canada the most informative.

There are several reasons to prepare, as accurately as possible, an Income Tax Return (TR). A not so obvious purpose is a statistical one. Your reported income along with various contributions, charities, political parties and church groups are mainly for a statistical analysis pertaining to Canada.

The question you want to know is, how much did you pay, in taxes on your earnings? An incorrect expression used is “how much do I get back this year?” Look closely at your pay cheque to find the deductions made during the previous year. The most common ones are: Income Tax, Canada Pension (CPP), Employment Insurance (EI), Union Dues, Pension Plan, Medical Plan and RRSP Contributions. There are others depending on your place of employment along with those for self-employed persons. Every dollar you earned is yours in a purely capitalist system found in pseudo democracies.

It is to your advantage, to prepare a TR so the excess funds deducted, are returned to you. I have prepared many 1000s of Tax Returns, for those working for companies, without correct deductions. You will end up owing the Federal government money each spring. The Federal government collects the income taxes for the Provinces.

Another incorrect phrase used all often by the media: “you are giving all your money to the Federal government”. Although I must admit they do keep a rather large piece of it. The Federal government, in Ottawa, returns funds to the Provinces via your TR. In other words the Feds are tax collectors.

Preparing Your Income Tax Return

Here I am neither promoting the way I do tax returns, nor any company, or any of those who develop software. Simple facts to remember and perhaps reminders.

1. If you are Internet savvy you should already have an online account with Canada Revenue Agency. It is available in our national languages, French and English.
2. Set up an online account for yourself and help a friend do so when possible.
3. The account gives you access to all reported T-slips required including previous years.
4. CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) has streamlined the website to make it easy to find information. There is a mobile app available.
5. You can call CRA while online to ask a question about your return.
6. When you call, remember, the person answering the phone is human. Treat the person the way you want to be treated.
7. Be accurate with your request for information and be patient.
8. You can use the online account to make a correction to your TR.
9. Flush your browser cache after your session.
10. Stop wasting paper for your returns and assessment. Everything is online and downloadable.

Some Canadian use the paper return, others use software while many use the instant cash back method or an accountant. Instant cash back is offered by companies, for a fee or percentage of excess funds, deducted during the year.

Use good software developed in Canada when you select the one you want to use. Software programs are not equal. You can miss a big tax credit by using sloppy software. CRA includes a selection of approved software on the website. You may save some money by purchasing the software online directly from the company.

Canada Revenue Agency and Low Income Canadians

During the 2014 tax year over 600,000 Canadians used the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program known as CVITP. It is offered everywhere in Canada.

“The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) is a collaboration between community organizations and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Community organizations host tax preparation clinics and arrange for volunteers to prepare income tax and benefit returns for eligible individuals who have a modest income and a simple tax situation.”

Many community organizations have slightly higher income thresholds than recommended by CRA. Low income is described by CRA, as individuals having less than $30,000.00 and couples with less than $40,000.00 income per year. A complete list or community organization tax return clinics is found here. There are no fees or expenses for preparing and e-filing your tax return. All volunteers are trained and cleared by a criminal background check as required by CRA. You will be given a printed tax return after it is accepted by CRA online. The tax return is not kept by any of the groups approved by CRA.

Community groups are being flooded heavier with calls this year. Appointments are required by most but not participants in CVITP.

Final Word of Caution for Seniors

Your benefits will be cut off in July if you do not file a Tax Return on time. The benefits will not show up in your bank account at the end of July. CPP is all you will have to live on until the tax return is completed and received by CRA. Old Age Security, Guaranteed Income, GST rebate, Provincial Benefit and Supplements will disappear. It can take several months to begin receiving them if you are late filing. Most of the CVITP participants close down at the end of April while others have a few volunteers to assist you all year.

For those who read this it would be kind of you to share the information. Your parents or grand-parents could see their income reduced to under $500.00 per month.

PM Trudeau Government Promises

Election 2015 Promises made by the Liberal Government of Canada under Justin Trudeau. The 117 promises listed here are from Liberal Real Change booklet presented to Canadians during the election. As a member of Jewish Voice for Peace my vision of Canada rising on the world stage took a dive on February 22, 2016. CTV reported “Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberals have joined forces with the official Opposition to overwhelmingly approve a Conservative motion condemning all Canadians who promote the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel.”

Before anyone or any news outlet calls people participating in BDS anti-Semitic they might want to understand the word. Rabbi Ruth Adar recently wrote about the topic. “Actually, there’s no such thing. Semitic is a designation for a “language group” that includes Arabic, Amharic, Aramaic, Tigrinya, and Hebrew.”

The Trudeau government abused the Charter of Rights and Freedoms by condemning Canadians over and above abuses included in Bill C-51. 

It is our duty to ensure the elected government is held responsible for the promises. We have many long neglected domestic issues to handle. Remarks below in italic are mine.

1. We will give families more money to help with the high cost of raising their kids.

2. We will give middle class Canadians a tax break, by making taxes more fair.

 3. We will cancel income splitting and other tax breaks and benefits for the wealthy.

 4. We will invest to create more jobs and better opportunities for young Canadians.

 5. We will provide Canadians with a more secure retirement. (Will be writing an article about this plus 7 and 8 based on Federal Budget 2016)

 6. We will not end pension income splitting for seniors.

 7. We will make it easier for Canadians to have an affordable place to call home. (link takes you too a project where low income Canadians are placed out of sight)

 8. We will make post-secondary education more affordable.

 9. We will make home care more available, prescription drugs more affordable, and mental health care more accessible.

 10. We will also lift more Canadians, including children and seniors, out of poverty. (To understand poverty Statistics Canada requires funding to define poverty. No additional funding is shown in Budget 2016. Canada signed the United Nations Millennium Development Goals. One of the goals is defining poverty)

 11. We will invest now in the projects our country needs and the people who can build them.

 12. We will invest in public transit to shorten commute times, cut air pollution, strengthen our communities, and grow our economy.

 13. We will strengthen our communities by investing in the things that make them good places to live. (in fact most of this is a Provincial matter in conjunction with municipalities so they can build their pet projects. No accounting for very bad taste and wasted dollars in the hundreds of millions)

 14. We will invest in sustainable infrastructure that makes our communities safer and more resilient. (PM Trudeau better check out some of the craziest projects underway)

 15 We will make the New Building Canada Fund more focused and more transparent.

 16. We will make sure that no money intended for investment in communities is allowed to lapse.

 17. We will establish the Canadian Infrastructure Bank to provide low-cost financing for new infrastructure projects. (How many billions set aside for infrastructure will go to Canadian businesses rather than oversee?)

 18. We will help Canadians get the training they need to find and keep good jobs.

 19. We will kick start investment in innovation to grow our economy and create good, middle class jobs. (explain good middle class jobs)

 20. We will continue to defend Canadian interests during trade negotiations, including supply management. (why is the Trans Pacific Partnership kept secret from Canadians?)

 21. We will reinstate a modernized and inclusive fair wages policy for federal procurement.

 22. We are strongly committed to supporting and protecting workers’ rights, and as government, we will bargain in good faith with Canada’s public sector unions.

 23. We will make parental benefits more flexible

 24. We will introduce a more flexible and inclusive benefit available to any Canadian who provides care to a seriously ill family member. (He skipped Edmonton even though he stated it was inclusive)

 25. We will fix Employment Insurance to better serve Canadians now, and help boost Canada’s economic growth now and in the long-term.

 26. We will develop a child care framework that meets the needs of Canadian families, wherever they live.

 27. We will do our part to help Canadian children live healthier lives, with less exposure to known health risks.

 28. We will introduce a new tax benefit to help teachers and early childhood educators with the cost of school supplies.

 29. We will invest in Canada’s North, to help northern Canadians with the high cost of living, and help our northern economies grow.

 30. It is time to shine more light on government and ensure that it remains focused on the people it is meant to serve. (until PM Trudeau tells Canadians how the massive Federal bureaucracy runs the country this one is red)

 31. We will embrace open data. (started under the Harper government)

 32. We will disclose Parliamentary expenses and make Parliament open by default.

 33. We will protect the integrity of our elections and encourage more Canadians to vote.

 34. We will establish an independent commission to organize leaders’ debates.

 35. We will make every vote count. (or is it count every vote?)

 36. We will restore the voter identification card as an acceptable form of identification.

 37. We will also increase penalties so that there are real deterrents for deliberately breaking our election laws.

 38. We will bring real change to the Senate. (hopefully abolishing it completely. He is going to keep the pigs at the trough now that he appointed more senators)

 39. We will reform Question Period so that all members, including the Prime Minister, are held to greater account. (Trudeau government no longer allows full download of Question Period and other committee meetings for use on websites)

 40. We will not resort to legislative tricks to avoid scrutiny. (condemning all Canadians who promote boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) is trickery)

 41. We will not interfere with the work of government watchdogs.

 42. We will make the Supreme Court appointment process more transparent. (it doesn’t matter since every Federal and Provincial politician and judge make an Oath of Allegiance to the Queen of England. No Oath is given to Canadians, the Constitution or The Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

 43. We will make the Parliamentary Budget Officer truly independent.

 44. We will provide better oversight of taxpayer dollars. (Will Canadians be given the cost of wars in Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq and other meddling)

 45. We will deliver stronger national security oversight. (Patronage appointments)

 46. We will also invest an additional $80 million, over four years, to help the Canada Revenue Agency crack down on tax evaders.

(the only true green energy is solar power. Wind and tidal use huge quantities of non-renewable resources during construction and maintenance)

 59. We will fulfill our G20 commitment and phase out subsidies for the fossil fuel industry over the medium-term.

 60. We will also work in partnership with the United States and Mexico to develop an ambitious North American clean energy and environmental agreement.

 71. We will work with First Nations to make sure that every First Nations child receives a quality education.

 72. We will provide new funding to help Indigenous communities promote and preserve Indigenous languages and cultures.

 73. We will work with the Métis Nation to improve the quality of life for Métis individuals and communities.

 74. We will work, on a nation-to-nation basis, with the Métis Nation to advance reconciliation and renew the relationship, based on cooperation, respect for rights, our international obligations, and a commitment to end the status quo.

 75. We will work with Métis people, as well as the provinces and territories, to establish a federal claims process that recognizes Métis self-government and resolves outstanding claims.

 76. We will also make permanent the funding available to provincial Métis communities for Métis identification and registration, instead of it being available year-to-year.

 86. We will repeal the problematic elements of Bill C-51, and introduce new legislation that better balances our collective security with our rights and freedoms.

87. We will create another bureaucracy called the Office of the Community Outreach and Counter-radicalization coordinator. (Patronage appointments)

 88. We will take action to get handguns and assault weapons off our streets.

 89. We will legalize, regulate, and restrict access to marijuana. (do you know the loopholes to do this without breaking treaties?)

 90. We will reverse cuts and make new investments to support our national broadcaster.

 91. We will review the process by which members are appointed to the CBC/Radio-Canada Board of Directors, to ensure merit-based and independent appointments. (Patronage appointments)

 92. We will be doubling investment in the Canada Council for the Arts to $360 million each year. (only pigs currently at the trough know how to fill out the applications)

 93. We will encourage and promote the use of Canada’s official languages.

 94. We will offer greater financial security to the families of disabled or deceased public safety officers, and deliver a new plan to address PTSD.

 95. We will make it easier for immigrants to build successful lives in Canada, and contribute to the economic success of all Canadians.

 96. We will take immediate steps to reopen Canada’s doors, and will make reuniting families a top priority.

 97. We will immediately double the number of applications allowed for parents and grandparents, to 10,000 each year. (how is this funded?)

 98. We will make it more affordable for Canadian workers to send money overseas. (including Cayman Islands?)

 99. We will make it easier and more affordable to hire care givers

 100. We will welcome more refugees from Syria to Canada, and offer more help to those providing aid in the region.

 101. We will also provide a new contribution of $100 million this fiscal year to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees to support critical relief activities in the region.

 102. We will restore Canada’s reputation and help more people in need through a program that is safe, secure, and humane.

 103. We will consult with Canadian and international aid organizations to review current policies and funding frameworks that will refocus our aid priorities on poverty reduction.

 104. We will renew and repair our relationships with our North American partners.

 105. We will work with the United States and Mexico to develop a continent-wide clean energy and environment agreement. (Patronage appointments)

 106. We will restore Canadian leadership in the world.

 107. We will recommit to supporting international peace operations with the United Nations, and will make our specialized capabilities, from mobile medical teams to engineering support to aircraft that can carry supplies and personnel, available on a case-by-case basis.

 108. We will not buy the F-35 stealth fighter-bomber and find a more affordable alternatives to the F-35

 109. These investments will ensure that the Royal Canadian Navy is able to operate as a true blue-water maritime force, while also growing our economy and creating jobs. (Can we return to being called Canadian Armed Forces and ditch the word Royal)

 110. We will put a renewed focus on surveillance and control of Canadian territory and approaches, particularly our Arctic regions, and will increase the size of the Canadian Rangers. (Will you work with every country bordering the Arctic on an Arctic Treaty)

 111. We will assist in domestic security and natural disaster responses, both at home and abroad. (domestic surveillance)

 112. We will implement the recommendations made in the Canadian Forces’ Report on Transformation.

 113. We will end Canada’s combat mission in Iraq. (not quite but close)

 114. We will remain fully committed to Canada’s existing military contributions in Central and Eastern Europe and NATO. (NATO is redundant since their is no longer a Warsaw Pact. NATO was formed to protect us against the Soviet hypothetical threat)

 115. We will cancel child benefit cheques for millionaires so that we can increase child benefits for the middle class and those working to join it.

 116. We will increase the marginal tax rate on Canada’s top one percent so that we can cut taxes for the middle class. (be honest since the wealthiest have many ways to avoid paying any taxes)

 117. We will conduct a review of all tax expenditures to target tax loopholes that particularly benefit Canada’s top one percent. (Patronage appointments)

Don’t Demonize Israel: Trudeau Praises Israeli Murder of Palestinians.

Canada has passed a motion to condemn “any and all attempts” to promote the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions, (BDS) movement against Israel both at home and abroad.

As I clearly stated earlier, with facts, the Liberal Party of Canada is rotten to the core. The darling of photo opportunities, Justin Trudeau, further restricted freedom of speech and expression in Canada. This new restriction today, including those of C-51, passed with full Liberal support in the House of Commons.

Again the Canadian corporate media kept this off the front page. In fact, on two major TV network websites, it cannot be found anywhere. Try to wrap your mind around “any and all attempts” as a legal definition. Trudeau is much slicker than the previous tyrant Harper.

He was not elected to shred the Charter of Rights and Freedoms any further. People voted for the Liberals for Trudeau’s promise of “change” here in Canada.

Can you believe we fell for another sly piece of scum?

We have 4.7 million Canadians in poverty, unemployment high due to oil prices slowing down the economy, Canadians in debt up to their ears and a 1.6 trillion dollar national debt. Add insult to it with a $0.70 cent dollar on the international markets as Canada dives deeper in debt. What does Trudeau do about it? He spends his time kissing butt over Israel, the endless victim, of its own making.

In 2014, Trudeau spoke out in favor of Israel’s right to defend itself during Operation Protective Edge. He acknowledged the suffering of Israelis, while forgetting the 2,200 murdered Palestinians. during the 50 day massacre. Israeli F-18s blasting away, while using illegal phosphorous weapons, against Palestinians who have no army, navy or air force.

Canada, unfortunately, does not have a method to impeach Trudeau. The imbecile has the mental capacity of a three to seven year old.

Why do You Believe our Government represents Democracy?

As promised in the article before this one here is the rest of the story.

We live in an illusion created by the giant corporate media owners. Most people sincerely believe our system has something to do with democracy. I ask: “Other than the selected days for voting, when do you have any input into decisions enacted by bureaucrats, and elected officials?”

Yes, there might be an open house, where you can have input on a neighborhood concern. A plan for the neighborhood is already drafted by the administration before you arrive. Democracy is more than laws and rules enacted without input from the citizens.

Democracy is the basic right to have input before the final draft or decision is made.

My Opinion differs from the Media Version of Democracy

A short background on how Canadians were feeling during the 1960s and early 1970s. The Liberal government introduced the Canada Pension Plan.  A tremendous feeling of national pride grew with the rising of a distinctive Canadian Flag. Canadians participated as the country looked for its own personality at home and on the world stage.

With the cooperation between the Liberals and New Democrats a Universal Healthcare plan was finalized. Late in the 1960s, Justice Minister Pierre Trudeau, proclaimed “there’s no place for the state in the bedrooms of the nation”. This was the uniquely Canadian classical version of democracy.

The final move towards a more democratic country came with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in 1982 by Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. The debates raged widely as the provincial governments sought more power than democracy. Democracy begins to fail when self-interest and corporations cast the people aside.

The Aim of Terrorist Laws is to Annihilate the Citizen’s Rights

As I said in the previous article I considered it my right to voice my opposition to war. During the months after the 9/11 attack we heard the attackers were Saudi in origin. Who convinced countries, especially NATO members, to attack Afghanistan and then Iraq? Why didn’t we go to the source and bomb the Saudi Royal Family into oblivion?

I wrote in an editorial printed in late January 2003: “I have heard from many of my American friends who are terrified to write anything against the current powers in Washington for fear of their lives. It would be easy to see, for most people, Bin Laden from a wealthy Saudi family is winning the so called terrorist war. After all, he is the professional in the field and it is more and more obvious the voice of reason is being silenced in the United States. Canada is not far behind as new terrorist laws are being put in place…” Many more editorials were written along the same line with one titled Dear Paul aimed directly at Prime Minister Paul Martin Jr.

Hundreds of letters, from various Canadian government departments, began arriving daily day as I wrote against war. An audit of my businesses took place in mid 2004 by Revenue Canada. At a cost of over $100,000.00 the auditors found I owed the government $88.00 over the previous 7 years. The head auditor said: “I have no idea what we are doing auditing your companies. We received an urgent memo from Ottawa to get it done immediately.”

When the statement for $88.00 arrived it included a $15,000.00 fine. The letters were now arriving at a rate of 9-12 a day and so were the phone calls. Imagine owning three businesses and having a phone for each plus a cell phone for yourself. Every phone was being bombarded with calls from multiple government departments night and day.

The meetings with Deputy Prime Minister Anne McLellan (and Minister of Justice) turned into shouting matches. She was also the Justice Minister who helped draft up the anti-terrorist legislation. As far as I was concerned she had lost control of her senses.

In August 2004 under a lot of stress I went for a bicycle ride in the River Valley. As I moved down into the valley I rounded one of the corners. Someone had put a pile of gravel in the middle of the path. I had been riding the path thousands of times over the years. This time I must have flown over 4 meters (approx 15′) before hitting the pavement flat on my back thankfully wearing a good bicycle helmet. Six ribs were broken, one third of one lung kept me alive, shoulder and collar bones shattered into pieces, bones flew out of my body when I hit the pavement and blood was everywhere.

Six days in ICU with a few weeks in the hospital left me feeling out of this world. My businesses were in trouble and so was I. The day I was taken home, there on my desk sat a small cardboard box, full of letters from the government. (one of them claimed I had not reported income from a schooner in Nova Scotia) The new business, supposed to open a few months earlier, was also in financial trouble. On the table was a bill from the City of Edmonton amounting to $300.00 for using an ambulance. Goodbye Universal Healthcare thanks to the corporations.

The all volunteer magazine was kept in print with funds from business supporters and my businesses. No stopping PM Paul Martin from easing up the pressure. On New Years Eve I locked the doors and walked away from two of the businesses. The last print issue of the all volunteer magazine was released in July 2005. We had started an online version in 1994. It remained online with many contributing articles and editorials until 2007.

Every time I was hired the job lasted 4-5 weeks. No reason was ever given to me. The letters kept arriving from the federal government. The fine rose to $28,000.00 for not paying the $88.00 on time. My condo was almost paid for with a balance of $42,000.00 and had an appraised value of $225,000.00. Alberta Treasury Bank (ATB), where I had accounts for business plus my mortgage, told me they did not see any reason to assist me as my funds dried up. The same bank was handed $102,000.00 by the Federal Government kangaroo Court.

CSIS said “…the order came from the PM..”

The lawyers told me the only way out was to sell the condo at the appraised value. My mind was in the mood to end my own life. You had to be there to watch friends abandon the ship. The community I helped grow, and spread it’s wings, were long gone.

The Judge was bewildered. “I have an order from the federal government…” They along with Alberta Treasury Bank  a government owned financial organization took all of the proceeds and tossed me on the street. Two doctors and one psychiatrist wrote up reports diagnosing me with PTSD. It made no difference to the tainted, and prejudiced judicial system in Canada, doing the bidding of the Queen of England. Canada’s Oath of Allegiance is as follows:

“I, .., do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors. So help me God.” Every elected and non-elected Canadian government official, including the judicial system, must swear allegiance to a person in a foreign country. Had I have been there when Benjamin Franklin asked Quebec along with Upper and Lower Canada to join the Union, he would have had a promoter, to rid us of the parasitic monarchy in England.

What Rights do You Have Today?

It is my hope you will realize you do not live in a democracy. When Bill C-51 became a big election issue it was the Liberal Party of Canada who supported it under the leadership of PM Justin Trudeau. Now you know why they did so. It allows a government official the right to do whatever they deem necessary, without a warrant, without a charge, without a trial to anyone who disagrees with their policies on any topic. Your elected officials, and not elected bureaucrats, have become your judge and jury. The people are silenced using the same methods used by Stalin in the former Soviet Union.

You know what a government can do to the people protesting at the G-20 meeting in Toronto and the Occupy Movement in the United States. Now you have an example of what a Prime Minister can do to an individual without charge, warrant or trial.

The Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the US Declaration of Independence or the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights are meaningless words without an honest judicial system.  Your rights can and are violated and censored every hour of the day. After World War II  the UN Declaration was put in place to grant every citizen freedoms and to prevent wars. Every nation who becomes a member of the UN must sign the Declaration. There are too many examples to list of many nations violating the International Laws agreed too. Why does it happen? The International Criminal Court is ignored due to lack of support from citizens from every country world-wide.

Liberal Party – Rotten to The Core

You are going to hear a story of a covert action taken against a Canadian citizen by the Liberal Party of Canada under PM Paul Martin.

He gave orders to do whatever is necessary to destroy or rid Canada of a lone journalist who wrote against the attack on Iraq. The proof needed to avoid the invasion was in the hands of a UN inspector Scott Ritter. He was ignored by the media with two exceptions. Democracy NOW! broadcast several interviews with him and this writer did not believe the crack head in Washington. Did anyone find the WMDs in Iraq? When did the mushroom clouds appear, other than in a delusional mind of an appointed, not elected President of the US? Every so-called journalist in Canada buried their heads in the sand and apparently no one told them to come out.

Orders were given directly from PM Paul Martin to shut down a dissenting voice. His cruelty will send shivers down your spine. He wanted disparately to involve Canada in the illegal US invasion and destruction of the Iraqi people. One voice, read by millions, would stop his dream of glory and fame. That same voice would bring the Liberal Party to its knees, with a reported scandal, dropped into the hands of brain dead mainstream media.

His attack on me began in early 2002 and continued for four years. Then Deputy Prime Minister, the “Honourable” Anne McLellan his messenger, would threaten me twice. “Stop writing against the illegal invasion of Iraq or suffer the consequences” were her words to me. The same woman I worked tirelessly to have elected in Edmonton Center. She would never have won the election without the full support of the gay and lesbian community. I was the managing editor of its only monthly magazine.

You may ask why I did not publish the story during the election last year. It was my desire to see the Liberal Party elected to office and let the people of Canada know what to expect. Frivolous entertainment and nothing more for you the Canadian citizen. A dog gets better treatment than you. For those who believe there is a difference with PM Justin Trudeau in office you are ignis fatuus.

The Liberal Party of Canada is rotten to the core. A political group of thieves and liars are now in charge of Canada. Their capacity for deceit, treachery, disloyalty, dishonor and deception is all that remains of a political party lost in its own slime.

Every word I say has the backing of the people who offered help during the final weeks. I was being forced to hand my nearly paid for condo to ATB Financial . In words, face to face with CSIS, “…the order came from the PM and a virus was attached to your name on the government of Canada’s computers. Every time you responded to an inquiry up to 9 letters a day were sent to you from various departments. You really p***d him off…”

PM Justin Trudeau is window dressing for the cash donors to the Liberal Party of Canada. Worms are feasting on the remnants. They had the 1957 Nobel Peace Prize winner, PM Lester B. Pearson, as its helm.

I followed the orders of a wise attorney and the words of CSIS. Very ill, penniless and homeless I vanished onto the streets for six years.

Our Charter of Rights and Freedoms clearly states:

freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication.

To be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal.

Everyone has the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.

My rights were replaced with cruel and unusual punishment by the Liberal Party of Canada under orders from the “Right Honourable” PM Paul Martin.
